Allografts and tissue grafts generally used for sinus augmentation, maxillofacial reconstruction and correction of periodontal and ridge defects. Our tissue grafts are clincally proven in more applications than any other allografts. As a result, we are the world's most trusted provider of transplant solutions, from new innovations in tissue grafts and technologies, to regenerative medicine and cellular therapies. Since 1995, over 3 million bio-implants processed using Allowash technology have been distributed by LifeNet Health with no disease transmission.

Our proprietary and patented Allowash XG® technology provides an intense decontamination, disinfection and scrubbing regimen designed to remove and inactivate viruses and bacteria. As a result, LifeNet Health has validated the sterility of its dental allograft bio-Implants to the Sterility Assurance Level (SAL) of 10-6. This sterility level is accomplished by a validated method shown not to harm structural integrity or osteoinductive or osteoconductive potential.
PAD™ uses parameters proven to maximize the osteoinductive potential of demineralized particulate grafts. This patented technology targets optimal levels of residual calcium and reduces lot-to-lot variability seen with other processing methods. LifeNet Health holds the patent for residual calcium levels ranging from 1.0% to 4.0%
LifeNet Health is an accredited tissue bank of the American Association of Tissue Banks. We held this accreditation continually since its fi rst inspection in 1986, which is the longest continuous accreditation in AATB history. This accreditation has been held continually since its fi rst inspection in 1986, which is the longest continuous accreditation in AATB history. Every aspect of LifeNet Health's operation complies with FDA requirements. In 1998, LifeNet Health received registration to the International Organization for Standards (ISO) for the 13485:2003 standard of quality series. LifeNet Health holds licenses from the New York State Department of Health, the California State Department of Health Services, the State of Florida’s Agency for Health Administration, and the State of Maryland.
Safety information is useful adjunct to any informed consent discussion with patients prior to surgical implantation. LifeNet Health’s Patient Safety Brochure answers questions that your patients may have about the donated gift of allograft bio-implants. Brochures can be obtained free of charge by calling 888-847-7831.
LifeNet Health’s unique "Thanks 2 You" program allows transplant recipients the opportunity to say "thank you" to donor families. Each LifeNet Health allograft is accompanied by a card explaining how to submit an anonymous note of appreciation. These letters can be submitted through the www.Thanks2You.org website or by direct mail.
While particulate graft choice is dependent on clinical judgment, in the absence of severe bone loss, the following is recommended (based on years of clinician feedback):
| Periodontal Defects | Extraction Sites | |
| Central Incisor | 0.5 cc | 0.7 cc |
| Lateral Incisor | 0.5 cc | 0.5 cc |
| Canine | 0.5 cc | 0.7 cc |
| 1st & 2nd Premolar | 0.5 cc | 0.7 cc |
| 1st & 2nd Molar | 0.7 cc | 1.2 cc |
| 3rd Molar | 1.2 cc | 1.2 cc |
Sinus Grafts
Each Sinus 2.5 cc (often used in conjunction with another material)
ALL GRAFTS REQUIRE REHYDRATION. Regardless of which graft type is used, surgeon preference dictates which rehydration fluids, method and duration are used. LifeNet Health recommends that sterile, near-pH-neutral fl uids be used and that extreme temperatures be avoided to protect allograft integrity. Please refer to the allograft bio-implant package insert for details.
All OraGraft bio-implants have expiration dates ranging from 3 to 5 years post-packaging. OraGraft products can be conveniently stored at room temperature.
Health care facilities, approved distributors, and approved tissue dispensing intermediaries are permitted to order allograft tissue from LifeNet Health.
