Customer Survey Reveals High Satisfaction with LifeNet Health Services
In April 2010, LifeNet Health commissioned Issues & Answers Network, Inc., to conduct a market research survey to measure customer satisfaction with the LifeNet Health Client Services Department. The survey included interviews with 94 customers conducted via telephone or online.
Overall, the interviewed clients reported high satisfaction with LifeNet Health Client Services.
Specifically:
–The vast majority (90%) thought the Client Service Representative they contacted when ordering was very knowledgeable.
–An even higher percentage (95%) reported that LifeNet Health’s Client Service Representative was very helpful.
–When asked about their overall experience with LifeNet Health Client Services, 59% of respondents stated that it was better in comparison with other tissue banks, and 60% said it was better in comparison with other medical device / implant vendors.
Availability and quality are the most important reasons for clients to do business with LifeNet Health. Yet, the quality of customer service, quality assurance and the variety of allograft bio-implants also ranked high on the clients’ scale of importance.
